Halloween promise

The Meteor Guarantee

If a meteor lands within one mile of the restaurant while you are in line, your Zom-Burger Meal is free. Ask the crew for a claim card once it is safe to do so.

Terms of the Guarantee

  1. The Meteor Guarantee runs from October 24 to November 2, 2026 at participating restaurants. A restaurant may stop participating after a meteor.
  2. A meteor is an object from space that the San Andreas Seismic Survey confirms has struck the ground. Objects that hover, land gently, leave on their own, or are seen only by guests at the Sandy Shores restaurant are not meteors.
  3. You must be in line, in the dining room or in the drive-thru lane at the time of impact, with an unpaid order or a receipt from that day. Guests who leave the line lose their place and their claim.
  4. One free Zom-Burger Meal per guest per meteor. A meteor shower counts as one meteor.
  5. Burger Shot’s total liability under the Guarantee is the menu price of one Zom-Burger Meal, $8.31, for any loss, including damage to vehicles, property, hearing or the restaurant.
  6. The Del Perro and Vespucci restaurants are excluded, following claims made earlier this month.
  7. Claim cards must be mailed to the Burger Shot Support Center in Little Seoul within 30 days. We do not accept claims in person, by phone, or from inside a crater.
