  • Crew Member

    From $9.10 an hour

    Part time and full time

    Take orders, cook, clean and keep the line moving. No experience needed. Most crew members are trained on their first shift, during their first shift.

  • Drive-Thru Crew

    From $9.40 an hour

    Part time, nights available

    Take orders over the headset and hand them through the window. Headset volume is set by the restaurant.

  • Overnight Crew

    From $9.85 an hour

    Full time, 10 PM to 6 AM

    Serve guests through the night. Overnight crew complete Situational Awareness training before their first shift.

  • Shift Manager

    From $14.25 an hour

    Full time

    Run the floor, count the drawers, open or close the restaurant and cover any shift that is not covered.

  • General Manager

    $41,500 a year, salaried

    Full time, exempt

    Lead a restaurant of 30 to 60 crew members. Salaried managers are not paid overtime and are available when needed.

How to apply

  1. Visit any restaurantAsk for a manager at the counter. Applications are taken in person, at any time the restaurant is open.
  2. Interview on the spotMost interviews take about ten minutes. Bring a photo ID and, if you are under 16, a work permit.
  3. Start your first shiftMany crew members start the same day. Wear black non-slip shoes.

Questions

How old do I need to be?

14, with a work permit. Crew members under 16 do not work the fryers, after 9 PM, or at the drive-thru window in some neighborhoods.

Do I get breaks?

Yes. Breaks are given as required by the law of San Andreas, when the restaurant is not busy.

Is the drive-thru safe?

Every window is fitted with laminated glass, and every crew member is trained in our Situational Awareness program. Crew members are never asked to stop a robbery, and are asked to remember the vehicle.

Can I become a manager?

Yes. Many of our general managers started as crew members. Most of them left and came back.

Do you offer health insurance?

Crew members who work 30 hours or more a week for 12 straight months are eligible to apply for the Burger Shot Crew Health Plan. Scheduling is set by the restaurant.
