Terms of Use
Last updated October 1, 2026.
Terms
These Terms apply when you visit this site, use the Burger Shot app, enter a Burger Shot restaurant or its parking lot, use a drive-thru, or eat food purchased from Burger Shot by someone else. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not do any of these things.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to visit after an update means you agree to it. The previous version is not kept.
Privacy
We collect what you tell us, what you order, where your phone is, which restaurants you drive past, and information from partners who know you. We use it to run Burger Shot, to show you offers, and to understand how much you are likely to spend.
We share information with our franchisees, suppliers, advertising partners including Lifeinvader, analytics partners, insurers and lenders where the law allows, and with law enforcement when asked. We sell information where the law allows. In San Andreas, the law allows it.
Restaurants are monitored by video cameras inside, at the drive-thru and in the parking lot. Recordings are kept for 30 days or for as long as they are useful.
Arbitration
Any dispute between you and Burger Shot, including a dispute about food, injury, employment or these Terms, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You waive any right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action.
The arbitrator will be chosen from a panel approved by Burger Shot. You may opt out of arbitration by mailing a signed letter to the Support Center within 30 days of your first visit to any Burger Shot, which for most guests was in childhood.
Hot food and drinks
Coffee, Lava Pie filling, fries and fry oil are hot. Drinks contain ice. Skewers are sharp. Bags may tear. Burger Shot is not responsible for injuries caused by food being hot, cold, sharp, large or eaten while driving.
