Burger Shot reaches settlement in fry oil class action

Burger Shot has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit relating to how its fry oil was described on menus between 2019 and 2025. Burger Shot does not admit any wrongdoing.
Customers who purchased Shot Fries in San Andreas during that period may be eligible for a payment of up to $4.20, or a coupon for one small Shot Fries.
Claims can be submitted in restaurant with a valid receipt from the claim period. Burger Shot thanks its guests for their continued trust, and for keeping their receipts.
